Gold at the Cuisine Artisan Awards!

Our Ikura Caviar has been named the Cuisine Artisan Awards Gold Winner at the 2026 NZ Food Awards.

We are proud to have won the Cuisine Artisan Award at the 2026 NZ Food Awards for its Ikura Caviar, following finalist recognition in three award categories.

The award recognises the craftsmanship and dedication behind the company’s premium salmon products and is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved in bringing Mt Cook Alpine Salmon Ikura Caviar to market.
