Poké Bowl – Mt Cook Alpine Salmon Style

Make it our way using Freshwater King Salmon from New Zealand's Southern Alps.

Ingredients
Method
  1. To make the pickled radish, place the sliced radishes in a bowl, mix in the rice vinegar with a pinch of salt and leave for 5 minutes
  2. In a bowl, combine the Salmon with the Poké Sauce
  3. Place the rice in 2 serving bowls and arrange the vegetables on top
  4. Add the salmon and pickled ginger
  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve

 

Other toppings you can add

boiled egg / bean sprouts / tofu / cherry tomatoes / chilli flakes / pumpkin and sunflower seeds / sliced capsicum / spring onion / red onion / fresh pineapple, pear or apple / fresh herbs / wakame / wasabi paste
