Poké Bowl Inspiration – The Garden Bowl

Turn your next poké bowl into a salad by laying the salmon onto a bed of crisp garden vegetables. A great low carb alternative!

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

Amounts can be adjusted to your liking and can be increased to serve more people


  1. Toss 80g of diced Mt Cook Alpine Salmon with 1 tablespoon of Mt Cook Alpine Salmon Poké Sauce and a pinch of sesame seeds
  2. Serve on a bed of crisp garden vegetables and salad items
